Meditation to Succeed in Anything You Want to Be

Position:
Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight. The elbows rest at the side and the hands are raised to be level with the shoulders. The index fingers are pointing straight up and the thumb holds down the rest of the fingers on each hand.
Eyes:
Eyes are one-tenth open and focused the tip of the nose.
Part One
Begin chanting, “I am. All is.” in a monotone. When you chant “I” curl the right index finger and raise it again on “am.” When you chant “All” curl the left index f
inger and raise it again on “is.”
Time for Part 1: This was done in class for 20 minutes. We suggest doing Part 1 11-20 minutes.
Part Two
Keep the fingers still with the index fingers pointed straight and chant, “I am Akaal.”
Time:
1 minute.
To End:
Breathe in deeply and hold the breath. Squeeze your entire body to spread the energy through it. Cannon-fire exhale through the mouth. Repeat two times. Relax.
Mantra:
I am. All is.
I am Akaal.
