Chant:

“Ek Ackhari Chand”
(“Ajai Alai” by Guru Shabd Singh and Nirinjan Kaur.) Sing from the navel.

Posture:

Sit straight in Easy Pose. Hold your hands in Sarab Gyan Mudra in front of the heart center - the fingers are interlocked with the index fingers pointing up and thumbs crossed. The elbows are relaxed.

Continue for 31 minutes. 

Eyes:
Eyes are one-tenth open and focused the tip of the nose

Time: Continue for 31 minutes.

To End:

Inhale deeply, hold the breath while stretching the arms up and maintaining the hand position. Continuing to stretch, exhale. Repeat 2 times and relax.
