Meditation to Bring Prosperity
"I am beautiful, I am bountiful, I am blissful"

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose, with a straight spine. The hands are resting on the knees in gian mudra (first fingers and thumb tips are touching).
Eyes: Look at the center of your chin, through closed eyes (or look at the tip of your nose through eyes opened 1/10).
Practice this 3 minutes at a time, 3 or 4 times a day (or more if you want). |

Mantra: Inhale deeply and hold the breath as you mentally recite:
"I am Bountiful, I
am Blissful, I am Beautiful." |
