Posture:
Sit straight in Easy Pose. Hold
your hands in Sarab Gyan Mudra in front of the heart center -
the fingers are interlocked with the index fingers pointing up
and thumbs crossed. The elbows are relaxed. Eyes: Chant:
“Ik Acharee Chand”
Time: Continue for 31 minutes.
To End: Inhale deeply, hold the breath while stretching the arms up and maintaining the hand position. Continuing to stretch, exhale. Repeat 2 times and relax. |

Agaah Adhaah - - - Unfathomable. Incorruptible. Anaa-thay Pramaa-thay - - - Unmastered. Destroyer. Ajonee Amonee - - - Beyond birth. Beyond silence. Na Raagay Na Rangay - - - Beyond love.
